Photography Services Terms

Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened session times or rescheduling, depending on our availability.

Photo Specifications

We produce photographs according to the specifications you provide for your intended use. It is your responsibility to verify that the specifications you request are correct for your application. While we make every effort to meet official requirements, we cannot guarantee acceptance by any government agency or organization.

Retake Policy

If your photos are rejected by an official agency due to technical issues that fall within our control, we will provide one complimentary retake session. Rejections due to changes in agency requirements, applicant appearance changes, or incorrect specifications provided by the customer are not eligible for free retakes.

Image Storage

We retain digital copies of your photographs for up to 30 days after your session. During this period, you may order additional prints. After 30 days, images are permanently deleted from our systems unless you have requested extended storage.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which we make the website available. The website may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the website, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or content from the website to create a collection, database, or directory
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users
